The silk is woven in Como by one of the best Italian weavers in accordance with European environmental regulations so that the finished product is a smooth, slightly textured rep with thin, vertical ribbing.

Particular attention has been devoted to the details: the tie is finished off using a fine seam, allowing it to retain its suppleness; the "Bartak" stitch, requiring 18 thread passages, further reinforces this closure.
