For a sustainable circular economy of textiles
Chambray is a fairly soft fabric with a beautiful, slightly mottled or grainy texture achieved by weaving it in plain weave with one natural colored thread and one blue thread. It is often confused with denim, which it resembles in terms of colors and appearance. However, chambray is lighter and airier than denim, making it a wiser choice for the higher temperatures of summer.
To promote the circular economy and sustainability of textiles, we have chosen a fabric made of recycled chambray from Albini, one of the most renowned weaving mills in Europe.
Or how to accelerate the development of a beautiful patina
Stonewashing is a finishing process of woven fabrics designed to give garments a "used" look. It is mainly used on denim fabrics, but is also becoming more common on shirting fabrics to accelerate the beautiful vintage effect that would have developed naturally after years of wear and washing.
The principle is pretty clear: you put pumice stones in the drum of the washing machine along with the fabric. This technique not only gives that "worn" and vintage effect, but also increases the softness and flexibility of the fabric.
For a sartorial know-how worthy of tailoring
Our shirts are tailored from the most prestigious European fabrics. The collections are designed in Paris and the patterns for them are made in the French commune of Bressuire, in the Deux-Sèvres district, a region renowned for its textile know-how.
The confection itself takes place with particular care in Eastern Europe. Our partner atelier is a real reference for the big names in fashion. The rare savoir-faire combined with the high quality control allows us to offer you a shirt of impeccable quality.
