Purple is one of the seven colours named by Isaac Newton when he discovered the visible colour spectrum. Our tie colour is not a tribute to Newton - but we still find it fascinating. This tie, made from a traditional grenadine weave, is 50% linen and 50% silk. The blend of these two natural materials create an elegant look, making it the perfect accessory for everyday wear as well as for special occasions such as weddings.

Note: The fabric of our Capri collection may have slight irregularities, which is not a manufacturing defect, but part of the charm of the traditional weaving technique and the two natural materials.
