Can I find your products in a shop ? What are your opening hours?

Yes, you can find most of our collections in our shops THE NINES located in Paris, FRANCE

Our shop is open from Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m to 7.15 p.m. For all information concerning our products in the shop, please contact the following phone number : +33(0)142563742

How is my order processed ?

Any order is prepared within 2 working days maximum following your order confirmation. Then, DHL will delivery within 1 and 3 working days on average.

Be careful : the placed orders from Friday at 11 a.m (GMT) to Sunday included will be shipped from Monday afternoon. We will keep you informed about the shipment of your order. A tracking number will be communicated. We recommend to check your spambox in case you do not receive any e-mail from us.

How can I modify or cancel my order ?

You have the possibility to modify or to cancel your order only when this one has not been processed by our logistic department. Please send us an email at contact@thenines.fr or call our customer service at +33(0)145486602, with your order reference and the delivery name of your order.

Can I exchange any pro ?

Yes, you can exchange any product which does not meet your expectations, within 14 days after having received your order. Please note that we only accept the return of complete item(s) in their original package and condition. To help you in this process, please fill in the return form inserted in your order, without forgetting to mention your order number.

How can I return my order and be reimbursed if it does not satisfy me?

In accordance with the legal measures, you have 14 days from the reception of your order to exercise your right to without having to justify the reason nor to pay penalties.

Please note that the return shipping costs are at the customer's charge and that in case of loss or theft by the post services, you are entirely responsible for the return of the item(s). We therefore advise you to send the item(s) per registered or insured mail.

Once we receive your returned order, you will be notified by email. If you have asked for a reimbursement, this will be accomplished within the 15 days following the reception of the returned item(s).

My parcel contains damaged products or products which do not correspond to my order.

We commit ourselves to refund or to exchange your damaged product with a new one or another one. In this situation, please report this problem by e-mail at contact@thenines.fr, and send us a photo of the concerned products.

We will then come back to you within one day and offer you a solution so as you can receive as soon as possible to correct product.

In case we ask you to ship the product back, we will credit the return costs either on your paypal account or on your bank account.

Where is my order ?

You can access your order status directly from your account. If your order status is "payment accepted" or "processed by our logistics department", please send us an email at contact@thenines.fr.

If your order status is shipped, you should have received a DHL tracking number. We invite you to check your spambox and to send us an email in case you have not receive any.

Is the credit card payment secure ?

We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit cards : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, another credit cards ( e-credit cards)

- Paypal

All our payment solution are SSL encrypted, and we have also reinforced all the process of blurring and encryption to protect as effectively as possible all the critical data bound to modes of payment.

Could you deliver me at work or to a friend for a gift ?

YES, it is possible to select different delivery and invoice addresses. Please be informed that no invoice will be included in the parcel. You will receive your invoice by email and it will also be available from your account.

My voucher is not accepted ?

Any voucher is not cumulative with another code. In case of problem, please contact us at contact@thenines.fr

In which currency can I pay ?

Our websites are available in 3 languages: French, English and German. As a consequence, you pay in Euro, Pound Sterling, and US Dollar.

How are delivered the products ?

All cufflinks are shipped with a nice Maison du Bouton de Manchette cufflinks case.

All ties are shipped with a nice Maison de la Cravate cover.

All belts are shipped with a nice Atelier de la Ceinture gift bag.

All socks, shirts, scarves are shipped covered with a protection cellophane wrapping.
