Who are you?

My name is Alexis, I’m 22 years old and since October 2016 I am the founder and manager of a very young film production company called INSPIRING UNION Entertainment.

I am passionate about many thrilling activities: Kitesurfing and Windsurfing, which I both practice regularly in Houlgate.

Motorcycling, proud owner of a customized BMW R nineT. Aviation, with private pilot training, and all related activities, and obviously cinema and film music composition.

What is your everyday style?

I am genuinely obsessed with fashion which, in my opinion, defines a person a lot. I am an unconditional fan of double-breasted suits rounded up by cufflinks and bow tie, a nice pair of boots from Caulaincourt and a beautiful watch.

Obviously, this is not wearable on a daily basis, so generally it’s a well-cut pair of pants, a pair of boots, and a shirt worn slightly open. So, formal for the week, but with style.

I also love the casual look for the weekend or the days off, especially when I'm going to ride the motorcycle: leather boots and jacket, bracelets and scarves, jeans, a bunch of good friends and the fun is guaranteed. Often, the mixture of both is what I like the most.

What is your favorite fashion accessory of The Nines? Why?

Funny cufflinks like those with the symbol of a small Spitfire!

And a leather belt matching the color of the shoes.

How did you get to know The Nines? Why did you become interested in the brand?

I knew The Nines through social media, for an event I was lucky enough to attend: the 70th edition of the Cannes Film Festival. I instantly loved the brand's products.

That's why I got their pre-tied sky blue bow tie in silk and linen, their shirts with the very nice round collar and the Spitfire cufflinks of course!

Your secret to bring out the best in you in terms of fashion?

My first fashion secret: the shoes.
