Shipping Costs
Shipping costs in France are free from 150€.
Below this amount, shipping rates vary according to the delivery address and the chosen delivery method. To know the exact amount of delivery costs for your order, simply create your customer account and validate your cart: the available delivery methods and their price will be displayed directly in your summary.
- < 5€ for delivery in metropolitan France
- About 10€ for the European Union (about 5€ at pickup point)
- 15€ to 25€ for the rest of the world
Delivery times are given for information purposes only: these are generally observed and non-contractual times. All times are indicated in working days.
Chronopost and DHL Express supplements are not shipping costs but an additional priority order processing service. They are therefore not refundable in case of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Uncollected packages
If you cannot come to collect your order at the chosen pickup point, standard shipping costs will be charged. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
