Shipping costs
Shipping costs in France are free from €200.
Below this amount, shipping rates vary depending on the delivery address and the chosen delivery method. To find out the exact shipping costs for your order, simply create your customer account and validate your cart: the available delivery methods and their prices will be displayed directly in your order summary.
- < €5 for delivery in mainland France
- Approximately €10 for the European Union (approximately €5 at a pickup point)
- €15 to €25 for the rest of the world
Delivery times are given as an indication only: these are generally observed times and are not contractual. All times are indicated in business days.
The Chronopost and DHL Express surcharges are not shipping costs but an additional priority order processing service. They are therefore not refundable in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Uncollected parcels
If you are unable to collect your order from the chosen pickup point, standard shipping costs will be charged. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
