Back to Nature!
But they are not only something for nature-boys – with the new wood-cufflinks from the The Nines collection you will add a special touch to every outfit. Whether casual or chic – these cufflinks will always be an eye catcher! And the veins are turning all of our wood cufflinks into unique pieces.

The Nines chose 3 sublime types of wood: Zebra-, Bubinga- and Black Walnut wood.

Zebrawood describes those types of wood, which are having veins which look like the patterning of zebras. It is known for its golden yellow color in combination with the eponymous stripes. The stripes are adding a touch of expressive and unique vitality to the calm color of the Zebrawood cufflinks. The Zebrawood-trees are growing particularly in the West-African forests of Cameroon and Gabon.

Bubingawood has in comparison to Zebrawood a slight red cast, which radiates a feeling of warmth and comfort. Sometimes small, thin purple lines can be found on the wood, which are turning the Bubingawood cufflinks into something really special. It originates, just as the Zebrawood, from the west of Africa, mostly from Cameroon, Gabon and Ivory Coast.

The Black Walnut wood is, as the name already reveals, much darker compared to the other two kinds of wood. It’s origin has the so known „Queen of the forest“ in the US, where it is traded as one of the most desirable woods of North America. With the almost chocolaty color you will add a touch of warmth and coziness to your outfit, while the lively strong vein adds a natural and elegant note to the Black Walnut cufflinks.
