Solidarity sale: The Nines joins forces with the Protection Civile of Paris
Exit Black Friday, time for solidarity has come! From the 27th to the 30th of november 2020, The Nines invites you to its solidarity sale, Braderie Solidaire, in association with the Civil Protection of the city of Paris during the 2020 edition of Green Friday.
Going through these jolts and twists for small businesses like ours, with our physically closed stores, is a complicated challenge.
Aware that our shirts and accessories are not basic necessities, we had the surprise to realize that some of our products could be an indispensable resource. As during the month of April, the Braderie Solidaire of this month of November allows us to bring our help to the Civil Protection of the city of Paris.
The Protection Civile Paris is an approved association of civil protection, affiliated to the National Federation of Civil Protection, recognized as a public utility. It acts mainly in three domains: rescue operations, training in first aid and safety, and solidarity and social action. Since the beginning of the Covid-19 health crisis, the volunteers have been committed to the most destitute. The association organizes marauds and goes to meet the homeless of the city of Paris, in order to meet their needs (water, food, clothes, blankets...). The structure comes to the aid of the homeless of the French capital by providing them with food, which comes from donations or from certain associations such as Les Restos du Coeur or La Banque Alimentaire...
Unfortunately, the sad fact is that pairs of socks are systematically missing during the distributions, and with winter approaching, the urgency is felt.
This is why, from the 27th to the 30th of november, you are invited to offer yourself - or your loved ones - our end of collection up to -40%, while helping those in need. The entire amount of your purchases will be donated in the form of accessories to the Protection Civile de Paris, in this case, our pairs of socks. These socks will thus go directly to the homeless of the city of Paris, in order to offer them a little warmth and comfort.
Do not worry, the discounted items remain of the same quality as our fixed-price products, and the remuneration of the artisans who work on them remains unchanged. This Braderie Solidaire is a beautiful opportunity to make a donation to those who need it most, while giving you and your wallet a treat. In addition, it allows us to make a little more room in our warehouse to host the upcoming new products!
