Careful manufacture
Our solid-coloured silk Côme ties are made by hand in strict adherence to European ecological standards by one of the best weavers in Como. They ensure that the ties are given character by creating a slightly textured, supple rep, courtesy of its fine vertical ribbing.
So as to offer you a tie of irreproachable quality that can be worn for many occasions, special care has been taken with regards to the finishes. The tie is finished off by a delicate seam, allowing it to maintain its flexibility; a bar tack stitch seals the deal. This bar tack allows the fabric to return to its original shape when you untie it.
