Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
However, for EU countries we can provide you with a pre-paid DHL return label, which cost is the same as standard DHL shipment to your destination. This cost will be deducted from your refund, except if you want to exchange items. Once your return request has been made, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a DHL return label by e-mail.
You may of course use any other shipping service at your expense.
Returns are not free : how come? It's simple : we prefer to focus on quality and sell our products at the most affordable price. There is no miracle: when returns are free, product price is higher or quality is poorer - or both.
1 - Log in to your customer account by clicking on "sign in" in the upper right corner of the homepage.
2 - On the MY ACCOUNT page click on Order history and details.
3 - On the ORDER HISTORY page click on the "+" symbol on the left of your order number (do not click on the order number).
4 - The order will extend: next to DETAILS> click on Return an item.
5 - Below MERCHANDISE RETURN, select the item(s) you want to return and specify the reason(s) why in the text box. Your information helps us improving our products and service! Click on MAKE AN RMA SLIP>.
6 - You are now on the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION page. Click on Print out in the Return slip column and place it inside your parcel. Do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com and we will send you a DHL return label (standard DHL shipping cost to your destination).
7 - Drop your parcel at the nearest DHL service point (or any other service of your choice). That's it! Once we have received your parcel, we will process with your return as soon as possible. Please allow us a couple of days before proceeding with your refund.
