Free exchange and return

• To make your return, it's very simple! Just click on the link below and let yourself be guided.
• Returns are free from mainland France, Germany and the Benelux with Mondial Relay!
• For other European Union countries, you can send us a request for a return label, the amount of which will be deducted from your refund.
• Your order number starts with TNS - don't forget to enter these three letters before the six digits of your order number.
• Free returns limited to one return per order.

• Return shipping is free from mainland France and other European Union countries!
• For mainland France, Germany and the Benelux countries, you can download your Mondial Relay return label directly at the end of the form. For other European Union countries, simply send a request to bonjour@thenines.fr and we will send you a return label by email.
• To start your exchange, click on the link below and don't forget to indicate the new desired product in the free text field, below the return reason selection.

• You have 30 days after receiving your package to make your exchange or return.
• Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a return label for countries outside the European Union and do not cover any customs duties that may apply to the return.
• We draw your attention to the fact that returned items must be in excellent condition with all accessories provided (packaging, label, etc.) so that they can be offered for sale again. Socks with the rider removed and unpacked underwear are not accepted for return.
