Returns and exchanges

You need to return an item? It's easy.

We do not support return shipping costs but for European Union countries we can provide you with a pre-paid DHL return label, which cost is the same as standard DHL shipment to your destination. This cost will be deducted from your refund, except if you want to exchange items. Once your return request has been made, just email us at and we will send you a DHL return label by e-mail.

You can of course use any other shipping service at your expense.

Returns are not free : how come? It's simple : we prefer to focus on quality and sell our products at the most affordable price. There is no miracle: when returns are free, product price is higher or quality is poorer - or both.

You want to exchange an item? Print out the return slip as described below and simply write down the article number and new size of the product you wish to exchange. Don't forget including the return slip in your parcel. If the item is no longer in stock in your desired size, we will contact you to offer you a similar item or a refund. If the product page of the item you are looking for states "Low in stock" above the price, we recommend you place a new order without waiting for us to receive your return shipment. In the case of an exchange, we will bear the return shipping costs for all EU countries ! The price of the DHL return label will not be deducted from your refund.

How to send an item back?

1 - Log in to your customer account by clicking on the face icon in the upper right corner of the homepage.

2 - On the MY ACCOUNT page click on Order history and details.

3 - On the ORDER HISTORY page click on the "+" symbol on the left of your order number (do not click on the order number).

4 - The order will extend: next to DETAILS> click on Return an item.

5 - Below MERCHANDISE RETURN, select the item(s) you want to return and specify the reason(s) why in the text box. Your information helps us improving our products and service! Click on MAKE AN RMA SLIP>.

6 - You are now on the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION page. Click on Print out in the Return slip column and place it inside your parcel. Do not hesitate to email us at and we will send you a DHL return label (standard DHL shipping cost to your destination).

7 - Drop your parcel at the nearest DHL service point (or any other service of your choice). That's it! Once we have received your parcel, we will process with your return as soon as possible. Please allow us a couple of days before proceeding with your refund.
