S925 SILVER: THE PERFECT CHOICE FOR EXCEPTIONAL CUFFLINKS
In the past, silver was used for making coins. Nowadays, it’s considered one of world’s most precious materials.
All our solid silver cufflinks are made from 925 silver. This means that they’re made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. Specifically, electrolytic copper (containing oxygen). This grade is marked with a “S925” hallmark which guarantees the highest quality and is an ideal choice, since with higher percentages of silver (for example: 950 silver) jewellery goes black and damages more quickly.
RHODIUM: FOR THE BEST SHINE AND DURABILITY
Moreover, our cufflinks are completely rhodium-plated (covered via electrolysis by a light layer of rhodium), allowing them to appear more shiny and to last longer. Rhodium is a very rare, precious metal used for superior-quality jewellery and, therefore, used solely on 925 silver.
