Renaud and Erwan's inboxes are on "automatic reply," but before leaving for vacation, they shared their favorite pieces for this summer with us. For Renaud, it's off to Corsica then back to the Southwest. Holidays that promise to be hot, punctuated by days at the beach and good meals on terraces. For Erwan too, the first part of his vacation looks sunny: heading to bella Italia. The sea breezes in Brittany will cool him down later. So, what did they pack in their suitcases?

For Renaud, these are rather active holidays since he's going with his children, all in great shape. When he's not chasing after them on the beach in swimwear, he'll be wearing chino pants : beige during the day and havana brown in the evening. To go with his chinos or swim shorts, Renaud swears by our technical t-shirts : a special blend of lyocell, organic cotton and elastane for a guaranteed fresh feeling that will allow him to be at the center of the action without sweating. For romantic evenings, he's planned a shirt coolmax with an inverted collar: the elegance of a white shirt with summer comfort! No sweater needed in Corsica, but our olive overshirt, just in case the wind picks up. And when Renaud puts on his sneakers, he chooses linen socks : light and breathable, perfect for running around without making his shoes smoke. 

For Erwan, his vacation rhymes with dolce vita : relaxation and gelato are on the program, and even though he's on vacation, he probably won't be able to resist visiting our manufacturing workshops in Italy. In the city, you'll spot him in light beige chinos : a light color that attracts less sun and allows for a stronger color on top. Speaking of colors, he also brought his technical t-shirt, which he wears without moderation when the temperature rises. Color-wise, he chose two summer colors, the terracotta and the green eucalyptus. Even though these colors are less common, they remain very easy to match. For his aperitif evenings, he will put on his linen and tencel green shirt. And for beach days, he pairs his mandarin collar polo with beige bermudas. Perfect middle ground between a casual and elegant style, the polo is a piece to take everywhere on vacation. 

Packing was a bit more challenging for Erwan, since he'll be going from Italian heat to cooler and windier weather in Brittany. So, how do you dress when it's hot during the day, but cool in the evening? To face the cool evenings in Brittany, Erwan relies on our summer sweater in organic cotton and cashmere: worn next to the skin or over a shirt, it's the ideal piece to add warmth without weighing you down. The slightly more practical alternative: the navy blue overshirt with its patch chest pockets and hidden zippered pocket.
