This is why all our The Nines ties feature a wool inner lining. This padded interlining gives it structure and additional thickness. This lining, a guarantee of elasticity, allows the tie to return to its original shape after being tied. It is one of the major components in tie construction, giving it a rich and delicate "hand".

The lining used varies according to the thickness of the fabric, so that the tie falls perfectly and to rebalance its density. Furthermore, you will find on our The Nines ties a silk lining (generally, polyester is used for linings) in a color similar to the tie or with a pattern that matches perfectly with the tie, for more originality. Attention to the smallest details

You will find this stitch on both ends of your tie, it finalizes the 29 stages of tie construction by connecting them together. This stitch is made by turning the thread 18 times around the needle.

Our care advice

To maintain your tie, we advise you daily to untie the tie knot when you remove it to prevent the fibers from being damaged. Then, hang it so that it doesn't wrinkle. When traveling, you can roll it up on itself.
