They are made from the finest Egyptian cotton and the long and fine yarns are perfect for mercerising, a finishing process to give the famous Fil d'Ecosse. This cotton treatment allows for intense colour fastness as well as greater resistance and is carried out in a renowned Italian spinning mill, which we value highly for their environmental awareness in addition to their high-quality work.

Our sock maker, whose atelier is located in Piedmont, Italy, between Milan and Lake Maggiore, has specialised in the manufacture of men's socks for over 60 years and is now run by the second generation of the same family.

100% cotton.
Quality guarantees
The socks are reinforced at the heel and toe. Mercerised cotton (known as cotton lisle or Fil d'Ecosse) allows for better dye-uptake and higher resistance. The machine used for making the socks has 40 needles more than the usual machines, offering smoothness and delicacy to the socks.
