THE NINES designs its jackets and outerwear by prioritising Italian fabrics and careful craftsmanship in our partner workshops in Portugal. Our collection is divided into four sections: single-breasted blazers and half-lined double-breasted jackets, the work jacket, lightweight safari jackets, and a wide selection of overshirts.
The Nines Jackets
The jacket is one of the most sought-after garments as the fine days fade away, so we had you in mind when selecting the best outer layers. We set our sights on two very particular and timeless styles: the zipped corduroy jacket and the casual wool jacket. For these two latest additions, we drew on the expertise we have built over the years to select the finest materials — all with the aim of offering you durable, elegant and stylish garments, but above all at the right price.
The double-breasted jacket: maritime elegance revisited
Its origins lie in naval uniforms and the timeless elegance of the post-war tailor: a structured jacket, a symbol of authority and refinement. The style we offer takes inspiration from this heritage while naturally fitting into a contemporary wardrobe.
Designed for year-round wear thanks to 100% merino wool and a half-lined construction, this blazer delivers both structure and comfort. Nothing has been left to chance in its making: Italian fabric, Portuguese manufacture, and artisanal passion and precision.

The safari jacket: adventure elegance revisited
Its origins lie in the 1920s–30s, when the British army in India or explorers already wore this lightweight jacket with generous pockets and a utility belt.
Today, the safari jacket we offer revisits this heritage while naturally integrating into a contemporary wardrobe. For this Litha style, we used a breathable and lightweight fabric to combine freshness and hold.
Made in our workshops in Portugal and designed to accompany you from morning to evening, it works just as well worn "separately" with light chino trousers and sneakers as it does paired with the matching high-waisted trousers for a true summer suit.
Worn over your linen shirt or a simple t-shirt, this safari jacket becomes the ally of your urban or rural escapes. A jacket that blends ease and structure, so you are always ready for action!
