For fall-winter 2026, The Nines and Alex Cormac continue their collaboration with Aquilon. Inspired by the cold north wind for which it is named, the collection envisions a warmer, more textured wardrobe.

Three-piece suits, Gurkha trousers, ribbed knits and shirts with distinctive collars create a look shaped by British, military and workwear influences. Tweeds, Shetland wools and substantial fabrics add depth, while the cuts and details draw on sometimes-forgotten elements of menswear. It’s a way to bring them up to date without losing what makes them distinctive.

With Aquilon, The Nines and Alex Cormac have created a collection with character, designed to last and become a wardrobe of essentials.

Dharan Gurkha jacket by Alex Cormac

The Dharan jacket draws on the hallmarks of a wardrobe-staple suit, with a twist that gives it more character. Its natural shoulder, generous notched lapels and semi-traditional construction, designed to help it hold its shape, give it a less formal look than a classic suit.

Made from lightweight Italian flannel, it works just as well on its own as it does with the Dharan Gurkha trousers. Available in navy and gray, it makes it easy to put together outfits that are more or less dressed up, depending on the occasion. Paired with the trousers, it creates an easy-to-wear everyday suit with details that give it real personality.
