For fall/winter 2026, The Nines and Alex Cormac continue their collaboration with Aquilon. Named after the cold north wind, the collection envisions a warmer, more textured wardrobe.

Three-piece suits, Gurkha pants, ribbed knits, and shirts with distinctive collars create a look shaped by British, military, and workwear influences. Tweeds, Shetland wool, and substantial fabrics add texture throughout, while the cuts and details draw on sometimes-forgotten references from menswear. It’s a way to bring them up to date without losing their character.

With Aquilon, The Nines and Alex Cormac have created a collection full of character, designed to last and become a wardrobe of essentials.

With its straight cut and notch lapels, the Braemer vest adds a more polished finish to the outfit and sharpens the overall look.

Available in brown virgin Shetland sheep’s wool or heathered plaid virgin merino wool, it uses the same fabrics as the suit and can also be worn without the jacket. Over a shirt or under the jacket, it adds a more considered touch to the outfit.
