For fall/winter 2026, The Nines and Alex Cormac continue their collaboration with Aquilon. Named after the cold north wind, the collection envisions a warmer, more textured wardrobe.

The Nines x Alex Cormac

Three-piece suits, Gurkha pants, ribbed knits, and shirts with statement collars create a look shaped by British, military, and workwear influences. Tweeds, Shetland wool, and substantial fabrics add depth, while the cuts and details draw on sometimes-forgotten elements of menswear. It’s a way to bring them up to date without losing their character.

With Aquilon, The Nines and Alex Cormac have created a collection with character, designed to last and become a wardrobe of essentials.

Made from green virgin Shetland sheep’s wool, the Kildare jacket stands out for its warm, slightly fuzzy fabric, which is less smooth than conventional suiting wool. This gives it a more distinctive look that’s well suited to fall and winter. Its peak lapels lend it a dressier feel and give the jacket more presence. Paired with the V-neck vest with a shawl collar and peak lapels and the Kildare pants, it forms a three-piece suit with a bolder character.
