Nubuck leather can be identified by its deep hue as well as its soft, velvety texture. To get this sought-after effect, full-grain leather is lightly sanded. This method ensures that the leather has a peach skin look and feel to it. Our Italian-origin leather is full-grain: this means that it comes from the upper, densest part of the hide. This part is also the most homogeneous. As a result of this production method, the hide keeps all its original properties: its rich suppleness and durability.
