Sterling S925 Silver, ideal for exceptional cufflinks
In Antiquity, silver was used to mint coins. Today, it is considered one of the most precious materials.
All our solid silver cufflinks are made of 925 silver. This means they are composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper — more specifically electrolytic copper (containing oxygen). This quality is marked by a "S925" hallmark, which certifies a first-choice quality, ideal because with a higher silver content (e.g., 950 silver), the jewelry tarnishes and deteriorates more quickly.
Rhodium, for better brilliance and durability
Furthermore, they are all fully rhodium-plated (coated with a thin layer of rhodium by electrolysis), which makes them shinier and keeps them that way for even longer. Rhodium is a very rare precious metal used for superior quality jewelry and therefore exclusively on 925 silver.
