The bonus: an innovative and eco-friendly crease-resistant treatment
1. Cotton mercerization (ammonia-free)
The fabrics are soaked in a non-chemical solution at a very low temperature. Once rinsed, the solution is completely eliminated. Mercerization improves the cotton's strength, its sheen, and the durability of dyes.
2. Application of a natural resin
To preserve the cotton and its resistance, a resin is applied to tighten the threads, giving them a smoother appearance. As for the finishing: cold or hot calendering, the application of care products, or a pass with an iron to maintain the non-iron quality.
