The bonus: an innovative and eco-friendly anti-wrinkle treatment
1. Mercerization of cotton (ammonia-free)
The fabrics are soaked in a non-chemical solution at very low temperature. Once rinsed, the solution is completely eliminated. Mercerization improves the cotton's resistance, its sheen, and the hold of dyes.
2. Application of a natural resin
To preserve the cotton and its durability, a resin is applied to tighten the threads, giving them a smoother appearance. For the finishing touches: cold or hot calendering, the application of care products, or a pass under the iron to maintain the anti-wrinkle quality.
