The bonus: an innovative and eco-responsible anti-crease treatment
1. Cotton mercerisation (ammonia-free)
The fabrics are immersed in a non-chemical solution at very low temperature. Once rinsed, the solution is completely eliminated. Mercerisation improves the cotton's strength, its lustre and the colour fastness of dyes.
2. Application of a natural resin
To preserve the cotton and its resilience, the application of a resin tightens the threads, giving them a smoother appearance. And for the finishing: cold or hot calendering, the application of care products or a pass under the iron to maintain the anti-crease quality.
