Here are the two treatment steps for a naturally wrinkle-free shirt:
1. Cotton mercerization (without ammonia)
The fabrics are first bathed for short durations in a non-chemical solution and at very low temperature. Once rinsed, the solution is then completely eliminated. Mercerization thus improves the resistance of cotton, its shine and the hold of dyes to increase the lifespan of the fabric.
2. Application of a natural resin
To preserve the natural beauty of cotton and its resistance to wrinkling, the application of a natural resin tightens the cotton threads together, giving them a smoother appearance. And for the finishes: cold or hot calendering, the application of care products or a pass under the iron to maintain the anti-wrinkle quality. Result, your shirt dries faster, wrinkles less and has a higher lifespan. You're happy, and so is the environment!
