An innovative and eco-responsible wrinkle-resistant treatment
1. Mercerization of cotton (ammonia-free)
The fabrics are soaked in a non-chemical solution at very low temperature. Once rinsed, the solution is completely eliminated. Mercerization improves the strength of the cotton, its sheen and the hold of the dyes.
2. Application of a natural resin
To preserve the cotton and its durability, the application of a resin tightens the threads, giving them a smoother appearance. And for the finishing: cold or hot calendering, the application of care products or a pass under the iron to maintain the anti-wrinkle quality.
